Shipping within India:
Free shipping services are provided for any order shipped within India.
If the item is in stock then we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 2-4 days. While most items are delivered in 4-8 days, there are a few designs that may be delivered in 7-12 days. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Each order can be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Incase you are ordering from a country outside India then please send us an email & we will be happy to check if the dispatch to your city/country could be arranged & what would be the shipping prices. Although we ship to most of the countries around the world but there are still some exceptions.
International shipping charges depends on destination country and the weight of the shipment. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors.
If you prefer Express delivery then we use FedEx, UPS or DHL as our courier partner. And for standard delivery we use EMS/Speed Post.
For express delivery transit time is 4-5 working days & for standard delivery it is 8-12 days.
Express shipping charges starts from 50 USD & standard delivery charges starts from 20 USD.
Import taxes / Customs duty - Our shipping rates do not include import taxes or duties, that may or may not be applicable for imports to the country of package delivery. In all cases, the customers are liable to clear any such additional charges that may apply, with the courier company in order to release their package. We would advise customers to consult their local post office for most updated information on these rates.
A User is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to its dispatch from Varnika Jewels
You may raise cancellation request (Registered user) by login into your Varnika Jewels online account from “My Account”
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 1-2 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
Cancellation after shipment is not possible but if it is being returned then we process the refund after its quality check & verification at our warehouse.
Discount vouchers cannot be reused when order is cancelled.
All our products are go through proper quality check at the time of final packing & all orders are packed in proper camera surveillance to make sure & cross check that correct & proper item is shipped, still if you are not completely satisfied & find any issue with your purchase, then we offer a free and hassle free return policy, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery provided the product is not damaged & in its original and saleable condition with original invoice & tags.
Partial return request is also accepted wherein you can raise a return or replacement request for one or all products in your order.
Steps to follow to raise a return or replacement request:
Drop us an email to our customer support team within 7 business days of receiving the order. Email id is: email@example.com
Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Please email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
You may also raise return/exchange (Registered user) by login into your Varnika Jewels online account from “My Account section” Kindly note that this option will be available only for the products in which return /replacement was eligible & this option will be seen only for 7 days from the delivery date. If return/replacement request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery then it won’t be eligible for return.
Some items on our website are not eligible for returns & cancellations. You can check their details before finalizing the order. A return or cancellation request cannot be raised for the same.
Our courier partner pick up the products within 2-4 business days after receiving the refund/replacement request.
Once the product is picked and reaches us then we perform a quality check on the products within 2-3 working days and process Return/Exchange post quality check provided the item is in unused condition and in its original packaging along with original tags &invoice, failing which Return/Exchange may not be possible.
Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed with freebies (if you received any with order) when you are returning it. If an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Varnika Jewels shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft while in transit or otherwise.
Before accepting delivery of any item, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or opened. If you find the package opened or damaged, then please refuse to take delivery of the package, and write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
If an order is placed using a coupon or then benefit of the coupon/offer will not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer. Any free product provided with order is not eligible for return request.
International orders are not returnable until there is some major manufacturing defect or a wrong product is shipped to you. For international orders please check size & other details carefully before placing an order.
The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks , material verification & gemstone verifications at our end.
After verification of products refund will be initiated within 1-2 business days. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. Please ensure that you enter correct bank details which will be taken from you during refund process. Varnika Jewels will not be responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient if the details provided by you are incorrect.
All refunds, shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User’s bank.
